A long long time ago,

65 men and women of sat together on one fine day. Amongst the gossips and updates around the school, they decided that Republic Poly needs a platform to gather everybody together. So they concluded to a camp with ALL the fun elements you can think of!

Title: CampU&I
Origin: Hokkien slang. Read: KAMPUI.
Definition: For what?!?!?! Or simple, whatever for?
Saying: "Want to go Kampui (CampU&I)?"

And hopefully this will become a well known lingo...



It is rumoured to have free lodging, lots of fun, a themed dinner and even free CE points. But not a single soul knows how to get to this camp.

What is friends of Council about?
“Sub-com” of Student Council

Why is there “” on sub-com?
It is because our “Sub-com” do not refer to supporting committee that aid in planning and running event.
Rather these people are a pool of friends that have participated in Council event and would like to continue to support Council through different means, e.g.:
· Planning Events
· Executing Events
· Participating in Events
· Providing Ideas

Benefits:
· You are the first to know for any launch of events and release of Welfare Initiatives (e.g. giving out of Union Jacket).

What we want from you?

How can you join?

If you're thinking we're just like the prefects back in your secondary school, you're wrong. We're actually just as mischievous as you are, breaking the rules occasionally (oops!) but we know what we can do and what we aren't supposed to do.

In lay man terms:

We're just like your nanny/mother/guardian.

Anyway our main aim is to support all Club Management Committee (MC) and Interest Groups (IG), taking care of the welfare of our beloved students.

If SPSC = SPSU,
Singapore Poly Student Council = Singapore Poly Student Union

Then RPSC = RPSU?

Hell NOOOOO!!!

Why?

RPSC follows the ang-moh way.

So,


RP Student Union = Student Body (all RP Student)
RP Student Council = Executive Committee of the Student Union
